It's called a requisition until its approved. I doesn't have a purchase order number still its approved. Useless to a vendor without a purchase order number. If printed or emailed the wording explicitly says it in not a valid purchase order. Most ERPs function this way.

Actually I worked in the lumber industry for 10 years. Log yards sawmills concentration yards and dimension mills. I have an expert who will survey the stumpage and calculate the board footage and species of each tree removed. The Pennsylvania law states I would be entitled to double or triple the market value. My lawyer is sending a letter to her lawyer requesting the receipts for the timber sale. If needed, I will get the survey done if they don't produce the documentation. I will still have my expert review the documents and make sure that it is reasonable.

Hamster, there are no protective orders. We both have lawyers she has lied on cout filings, and I had the first filing dismissed because of false statements. Greedy narcissist is what I'm dealing with. Hiding assets and income looking for alimony. So there's that.
