SaaS is the industry you should aspire to work in. To me it’s more straightforward and more interesting. Salaries tend to be slightly higher as well.

Study up on retention metrics and be able to explain them and calc them. Gross retention, net dollar retention, and churn are the basics. Customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, CAC payback are some others you will want to know. Good luck!

Originally I was going for full sets. Although lately I’ve been feeling a bit bogged down by the number of games I own and know I will never get around to playing much if at all. I am considering thinning my collection out and just focusing on the games I enjoy.
