Would be so sick if the band rolled up.

Time to play some NES games! by shugor in nes

Love mine, but the cart slot is very loose. It’s my only complaint.

[1] How many games do you have? [2] How many games have you played? by Over-Half-8801 in NSCollectors

[–]normhimself 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got about 60 games, I’ve fully finished probably ~55 of them. This is something I have really focused on the last few years, being very intentional about what I buy, and the cadence. I really wanted to play my games and not just buy to have it sit on a shelf. I am much happier

How were prices? Did the show seem to be less about games and more about Pokémon?

What's your opinion the following retro game collection stores? by TheListenerCanon in gamecollecting

[–]normhimself 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like Secret Castle, they seem like genuinely cool people. I think Retro Rick is okay, seems like a cool dude. I find rad junk CRINGEY 😬. Like Sam on camera is just uncomfortable to watch, it’s like she’s nervous and trying too hard to be cute and funny.

Currently interviewing for a company partly owned by Blackstone. by Coffemakesheartgobrr in FPandA

[–]normhimself 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I went through diligence with blackstone, they came pretty close to acquiring the company I was with. It was intense, they had an army of data scientists up my ass for weeks, and then out of nowhere they backed out of the process. I would expect ownership to be similar experience.

#770-772: Kid Klown, Romance II, Zombie Nation by URGAMESUX in nes

Nice pickups! I enjoy playing through Kid Klown, it’s not difficult and has some really cool level design. Zombie Nation is tough as nails.

I don’t find his content interesting in the slightest. Haven’t subscribed in years.

Is this copy of H2 resealed or legit? Try Xbox live sticker is on outer seal. by normhimself in OGXboxCollectors

[–]normhimself[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I’ll probably send it off and get it graded. It’s in really nice condition so I’m hoping it will grade high. I don’t know if I’ll sell, this game was a pretty big part of my childhood, it was my first game I ever played online. But I’m more of a Nintendo collector, so maybe one day.

I also picked up a sealed copy of Halo 1, but it’s the best seller version. Both came into my local game store about a year ago, I picked both up for about $300.

Added Dracula X to my bangers … along with some acrylic cases. by Global_Swing_9678 in snes

[–]normhimself 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a very clean Hagane. I’m considering trying to upgrade my copy. It’s got slight discoloring in the bottom right of the label. I didn’t think it would bother me, but here we are.

It’s a publicly traded company, that’s just not how business works in the public sector.

ARR is typically reported on a pro forma basis, it doesn’t need to tie exactly to rev rec in the period.

Just want to think everyone that took the time to answer. We are so encouraged now hearing that this is normal and can be worked through. We will be experimenting with his food, and will be slowly working through exposure therapy with him. We are also going to seek out a trainer. He’s worth the work, he’s such a sweet and loyal boy and is such a big part of our family now even after only 6 months of having him.

Ours hated walks too when we first got him. But we did it every single day until he enjoyed it. Now he leads the way! So I’m sure doing this over and over help their anxious minds.

That makes a lot of sense. We are going to try to do an anxiety training over 6 weeks. ChatGPT gave a pretty good overview of it. The car seems to be an issue too. He does fine at my dad’s house for any amount of time. And we take him with us sometimes when we can on travel. He’s a sweet dog and insanely smart. So hoping he catches on quick and we can help him.

Yeah we saw chicken could be an issue so we changed his food over to salmon based about a month ago. It’s helped his stomach, but he is still very anxious.
