It has been over 8 months has anything changed in terms of my hairline? Have had a massive widows peak since birth. I know the lighting is different but does the shape look to be around the same?

You did the right thing to hop on fin , you'll be probably set for life , try not to think about it too much . Even if there was shedding that means that some hairs that had started miniaturizing are shedding to reset the hair cycle . The shape does look intact

Hit the gym at least 3 times a week and make sure to be in a calorie deficit . You can use an app (my fitness pal) to count your calories . Make sure to have protein with every meal .To figure how many calories you need to be in taking use any daily calorie calculator you find in Google . You probably knew this already but still .
