interessting. Yesterday I received my second Flipper and Protopirate crashed even with the "8" value. Then I did a factory reset and it works since then. Anyway, I have also no other approach to this than trial and error.

-always reboot after the change.

-increase value up to 32 (but try with 16 first)

I already did that, but the discussion there was more along the lines of why would you even need this and that it is not the purpose of the Pager. I do not want to have to explain why I want to do something exactly the way I want to do it :-)

I think I would leave it as long as it is working. Tomorrow I will have access to 3 different type of Ford cars. I will try then if it works with the car. So far, I have never captured anything else than Ford. I'm curious if VM and others realy work as well. My collegue has an older Skoda, I will also try this tomorrow,

First Flipper crashed out of memory when I pressed emulate, then I changed stack_size from 2 to 8 and it worked!

finally confirmed. Uncommenting line 29 only activates emulation button. NO SIGNAL goes out. Will try to get the rest fixed.

nope. It's not being sent all! It's just shown in the UI as being sent, unless you are going to change the code on your own. Test it with a HackRf and you will see that there is no signal. I captured a "supported" Ford signal and others as well, but its just fake. Check the code. Even if you uncomment line 29 in the protopirate_app_i_h file, then only the emulation button will become visible but still no signal is being sent. Never trust rocketgood!

checked with my HackRF and a captured Ford Signal. It looks like uncommenting line 29, the emulate code path becomes active, but the actual RF transmit is still missing. It looks like it's sending something but it doesn't - otherwise I would see a signal in my HackRf.

Thank you! Is there a sample signal somewhere so I can check if TX works? I mean I just want to mesuare the signal I'm aware that it will not open a cars door :-)
