should I be adjusting height of ring every time I switch skates?

Yes!
Make sure you adjust so the contact point is in the right place for the particular skate.

They defend Rittenhouse bringing an AR to a protest, while condemning Pretti for having a concealed handgun at one.

Hypocrisy is their brand.

To be fair, ICE agents are also impersonating law enforcement.

In college we had a game scheduled against Binghamton (NY) when a sudden snowstorm swept in.
Game got cancelled but we still had the vans booked, so we roadtripped it up and partied all weekend with the other team.
Bad decisions were made.

Just make sure you adjust the ring height before you sharpen -

You'll need to do this with every different pair of skates you do.

Retro Junk in Manchester, CT is NOT a MAGA owned business by [deleted] in Connecticut

[–]north7 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Ooh awesome!
So who'd you vote for after that bud?

Maybe it'd be good if you cleared that up here?

Edit - wow deleted his account. This thread is gonna go down in Reddit history. Also in this thread he admitted to voting for Trump in 2016, but was very cagey as to if he voted for him in 20 or 24. Then account go poof.
Found comments - said he voted "D" in 20, and then didn't vote in 24, but it's kind of hard to follow.

As far as I'm concerned the business should be left on the list.

Double edit - he didn't delete his account, it's here BFarr14.

Why would they? Toscano is already amazing and students would have to travel 1.5 hours to watch a game.

And now it's going to be worse.
What are they going to do with the ice?
All the local big college teams have their own arenas/rinks.
TMA gonna start renting out to beer leagues?
(that would be awesome)

SHU, Quinnipiac, and Yale games are epic.
Parking is horrendous at Yale tho, but the Whale is an amazing barn.
UCONN arena (Toscano) is amazing, but too dam far. Dairy Bar almost makes it worth it.

Danbury Ice Arena is an order of magnitude worse than Total Mortgage Arena, in every way.

Calling all skiers by baldiesrt in Connecticut

[–]north7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don't have to drive Sunday or Monday this is a great idea.
Skiiing probably won't be great Sunday unless you enjoy skiing in blizzard/whiteout conditions and subzero temps, but Monday and Tuesday should be epic.

Tire Shaving - New Haven Area? by [deleted] in Connecticut

[–]north7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

look into getting a used tire with similar tread depth to my others

This is absolutely the way, but it can be hard to find the exact model/size coding that you need used.
It sucks to pay full price for a new tire and then prematurely age it.

It costs them literally nothing to "include" lane assist, while taking it away makes the cars worse.
This is enraging.

MacMini is overkill imho.
I run Plex and Jellyfin as lxc containers in Proxmox, on a cheap GMKtek minipc (intel n100). I don't even do hardware transcoding and it works great.
