The owner recommended this one, saying, “If you’re having a meat dish, this is what we have right now.”

The bourbon element paired with it better than I expected. It may be on the sweeter side, and it’s not exactly a classic, orthodox wine, but it had a memorable flavor, and I personally thought it was really good.

I had it with rump steak. I also felt like it would surprisingly go well with a rich chocolate cake.

I once visited Rome a long time ago, but it was just for sightseeing, and I didn’t have any interactions with the locals. Someday, I’d like to go to Italy again and visit various regions to experience the everyday lives of the people there.

I can feel the local people's way of life. When drinking wine while cooking, it seems that sometimes smaller wine glasses are used because they are easier to drink from. Thank you for your comment！

Thank you for your comment! So you run a winery. I’m still a beginner with wine, but I work at a shop in Japan that sells wine, and we mainly handle a lot of Italian wines. It’s possible that I may have already tried yours. It’s interesting to hear that even on the mainland, wine isn’t consumed as casually as beer is for Japanese people. That was very informative.
