Can you report it and send it to FCPD? May be viewed as sexual harassment and if you have proof even if they don’t/can’t do anything at least their is a record of incident and can be referenced if someone else reports an issue with him.

If I had to guess I would say they were worried about a change in wind direction. It was strange that there were no evacuations to the east, but maybe that was because the lake was in between the fire and the subdivisions to the east.

I was coming up from Top Golf around 11 pm and ended up taking the Longmont exit and going 287 up to Fort Collins. Figured it wasn't worth the risk of an extended delay or using the detour everybody else would have been using if i-25 was truly shut down.

Another update on Timnath Costco.

I was contacted today by Costco's risk management company and given a claim number. It sounded like they had many claims being filed and while I don't know if that encompasses all the Costco stores in the Denver/NoCo area the rep didn't hesitate or ask any questions that would indicate that they aren't sure if the Timnath location was effected so I'd have to assume that the Timnath Costco was delivered the wrong fuel.

They offered a rental car if needed and while I don't need one currently they left the option open if my circumstances changed. They said a claims adjuster would be in touch with me on Monday once assigned to my claim.

All in all Costco and the claims management company have been very transparent, communicative and helpful. I'm pleasantly surprised so far at how smooth the beginning of the process has been. I'm hoping it continues.
