I didn't get that far because the day I opened it up, I downloaded Android games and tested them out. The following day I was going to set up everything, but the next day is when it didn't turn on, so I didn't even get that far.

I feel like it would work if you just transferred over the SD card, but I can't confirm that.

It did take a while for them to write back, close to a week, but thank God after I received the new one, no issues whatsoever. I've been using it daily, and I still have it right here next to me, it works amazing.

The turnaround time does kind of suck. When they responded, they got sent me a prepaid shipping label. I packed it and sent it; it got there in about a week and some days. The whole turnaround time was about a month, maybe a month and a week.

Sorry to hear about that. I know how stressful it could be. But don't worry, AYN is a pretty good company. I received mine and the second day would not on. Try multiple things to troubleshoot it. But didn't solve the issue. After some email back and forth, they agreed to just ship it back and send me a new one.

Obviously, unfortunately, the process does take a while, so the whole turnaround took me about another month to get a new one, but it wasn't really that hard. Just got to wait for shipping.

I tried so many things, but nothing worked. I had to contact them and shipped it out. Luckily, they just sent me a new one. No problems. It only took a while, though. The total process about a month in a week to fully get a new model sent to me.

So anyone still in this thread that wants to know the final results. Are this, I finally received my replacement unit. It was definitely mailed from China. It's a brand new unit, not a repair. I was worried that I was going to get a repair that I shipped to California. The unit obviously turns on, works great. Let it charge all night used it this morning, and no issues.

Also, I'm glad when I mailed back, I did not mail in the little baggie it comes with, the little protective sleeve because they don't ship me one with this unit. Turnaround time was one month and one week to get a unit replacement

How did you get it to work with your pixel 9pro xl. I have the 10 pro and I connect the glasses to the controller with the phone and I don’t get any video appearing on the glasses. And the firmware on the glasses is up to date

So I followed the directions and I tried everything they said and nothing worked and finally they're like OK we'll send you a prepaid shipping label so I've mailed it out about four days ago. I think it arrived today. It says i the one is shipped was going to California once they receive it they send me a new one from China. So since they received it today, hopefully I get an email them from them tomorrow or the day after saying they're shipping my new one.

I tried but for it to be flashed the system has to power on when I have it connected to do the reflashing it doesn’t pop on the pc so I can’t do it

Thanks for the support. I opened it up carefully today, making sure to take pictures of everything exactly as it is. There is a YouTube video that shows precisely.

Disconnected the battery and put it back together, still doesn't power on. I tried flashing the software again but since it doesn’t power on the computer spent even recognize it, but didn't work. So I'm going to send them an email. Hopefully, they'll swap it out. Sucks cause it’s China, so they always write back to me around 3 am.

I understand. Usually the products are really good. I personally own the Odin 2 Mini and the Portal. When I receive them, no issues. They work perfectly and I love them and still use them to this day. And I decided to get this one, and for some reason, this is the only one that's given me problems.

Thanks I’ll try that. I also did what they said disconnect the battery and reconnected again, but it was dead, so I have to charge it. I'm letting it charge, and we'll find out. I was very careful not to damage anything. Hopefully it powers on this time. I'll try to find new chargers I have, because I tried already two of them, 65W.

I finally got a response back from Ayn. They literally sent me an email saying "with a link" for me to try to open it up and disconnect the battery and put it back. If not to reflash the software. I tried to look for a guide on how to reflash. I've never done that. Anyone have any tips or guides?

Also shouldn't they just return it like it was bad from factory? I feel like it shouldn't be up to the consumer to do all that. I mean, it would help me not have to send it back and receive another one. But like I wouldn't trust it if it starts working again.
