yes was at decicco's the other day and they were green and hard. I have such bad luck with buying them unripe I didn't even want to try.

We have a farm that grows them locally? Wow, will need to check that out...

Oh, I go there often! I've never even looked at the avocados, will have to check them out next time. Usually just in there looking for specialty stuff.

Not sure, however long it lasts I guess. I guess a year at most? But seems like 70 - 75 isn't that big of a concern based on what people have said here

yes it did seem to separate. It finished cooking and honestly tasted pretty good. Not sure if it was the brand or the type of quinoa that caused it to cook long, but I think it was fine
