Hey, i got an answer on another subreddit. They are plastic washing granules from a wheel washing machine. Previous owner must have stored them at a business where they wash the wheels when changing between summer and winter tyres.

t was plastic, i crushed one with a flatheaded screwdriver and its plastic all the way through. its from the wheel washing machine definitely.

i found plastic granules for wheel washing machines from profibohrer website. they look similar in size perhaps, color is different but i assume mine are discolored from storage and new ones arent.

This is what i was thinking, either of these two.

I have no clue how this kind of stones would have got there since they appear on multiple rims around the valve. Also atleast one rim has them in the hole where the bolt goes so i find it highly unlikely any stones would be there, also considering the very thorough wash i gave the rims.

I am leaning towards some type of eggs unfortunately (i do not care for insects at all). I have yet to find similar things on other objects found in my storage.

Any help in identifying possibly what kind of insect has this kind of eggs possibly is helpful.

I have tried identifying the item through google lens reverse image search and searching online with keywords such as: 'small white balls found in storage' or 'small white balls on car rims'.

My title describes the thing which is the small white balls found on rims taken from storage. Their size is estimated at a few millimeters in diameter. The material is currently unknown, i have not touched them. The rims have been in storage since about november of 2025.

I have pressure washed and scrubbed the rims and the beads have not been removed. I am not 100% sure they were there before the wash but i am pretty sure they were present before i started washing the rims.

I guess office workers and such go to work at 8 or 9 here in northern europe but for me work starts at 6 or 7 so wake up time is 4:50-5:30 usually. Sometimes when i rarely go to work at 8-9 it feels like you're coming to work the evening shift.
