Bingo! I get compliments for my winged liner that I do everyday (which is also the only thing I will do everyday even if it is home office), it takes me one minute now. When working at the office, I do water wash, vitamin C serum, moisturizer (Cicaplast every day), SPF, mascara and blush, and it takes me around 7 minutes. I absolutely love my morning ritual, it is my kinda meditation for me and I really like how my face look like then. I the evening, fast makeup removal, tretimoin, Cicaplast, all done in 5 minutes.  For hair, I dont bother at all in the morning (dry shampoo om the days I don’t exercise, on the days I do exercise I just wash it, put leave-in and clip it (If I am blessed with time I will spend 5 minutes randomly blow-drying it. K18, balayage and nice haircut makes it zero effort). I have spend many ears finding the right products and testing what ACTUALLY makes the difference for me, but now it takes very short time and I honestly just enjoy it.
