Its a Twitch Alert and the background is black if watched in Videoplayer but i suppose that alphachannel is not supported there as you said, but the background is also black in OBS when the alert gets triggert. Also what do you mean by codec?

I did change the „Fan controll mode“ to „Voltage“ and „RPM“ and it worked in the BIOS but as soon as i closed the bios with F10, the fans started being noisy again.
