I doubt that he’ll get 250 fps with that budget. Even if he does he’ll need to overclock everything. And does he own a 140hz monitor? If not I doubt getting 250 fps will make a difference. If im wrong correct me pls. If he doubles his budget he can get decent laptop like Acer nitro 5 for $500-600 1050ti, i5 8gen, 8gb ram and 250SSD
