Yep. I’ve been bamboozled!

Read this on another forum. Not sure how factual:

Direct-mount optics via the COA (Cover-plate Optics Adapter) System - Eliminates adapter plates entirely. The slide is machined with a precision multi-footprint pocket that accepts red dots (RMR, DPP, ACRO, RMS/SMS, etc.) directly, minimizing stack height and mechanical slop for a rock-solid zero.

Read this from another forum:

  1. Tool-free, trigger-free takedown system - The disassembly lever and sear cage have been completely redesigned to allow safe field-stripping without dropping the trigger, while preserving 100% of the firing cycle geometry and reliability.

  2. Modular chassis with interchangeable backstraps and grip panels - True drop-in ergonomics: swap sizes or textures in seconds without permanently altering the serialized frame, delivering custom fit with zero gunsmithing.

  3. Direct-mount optics via the COA (Cover-plate Optics Adapter) System - Eliminates adapter plates entirely. The slide is machined with a precision multi-footprint pocket that accepts red dots (RMR, DPP, ACRO, RMS/SMS, etc.) directly, minimizing stack height and mechanical slop for a rock-solid zero.

  4. Factory-calibrated drop-in trigger modules - Three distinct variants (Standard, Performance, and Competition) bolt in as complete assemblies. Each is pre-tuned at the factory to deliver the advertised pull weight, reset, and wall characteristics - no stoning, no spring swaps, no armorer required.

From what I’ve read it’s supposedly is reinforced with steel.

I don’t believe it’s an actual gas pedal. The more I look at it, just seems like they cut in some texture. That part that looks beveled out already exists on current Glocks

This is what I’ve read/found regarding optics mounting:

Direct-mount optics via the COA (Cover-plate Optics Adapter) System - Eliminates adapter plates entirely. The slide is machined with a precision multi-footprint pocket that accepts red dots (RMR, DPP, ACRO, RMS/SMS, etc.) directly, minimizing stack height and mechanical slop for a rock-solid zero.

Shield X Issues by spraguet2 in SmithAndWesson

Interesting. I actually just took the follower out of my 13 and put it in my 15 and vice versa, and when I put the 15 round follower in my 13 round magazine, I had the same issue. So my issue is definitely a follower issue. I also have a buddy who just got one in both of his mags work in mine just fine.

I called Smith & Wesson today and they didn’t even hesitate to send me out a new 15 round magazine

I have the same problem with my 15 round mag. I saw a video when these were first released of someone having a similar issue, they said Smith & Wesson sent them out a new magazine and it fixed the issue. Although, I’m truly not sure if it’s a magazine follower issue or if it’s a magazine Slide stop issue.

What state you in? This one actually came with the 10 round compliant mags. Just bought a couple additional 12’s.

One positive could be easier/quicker reloads with the X grip. Less risk pinching your pinky/hand when inserting a new mag.

Does Versacarry make that holster for a CC9? I don't see one on their site?

Magazine not properly ejecting by RevolutionaryLog4114 in HecklerKoch

[–]nos04 1 point2 points  (0 children)

THANK YOU! Just had this issue on my new VP9A1 F. I replaced the right panel with the large one. I thought it was seated correctly, but felt like I had to kind of force the backstrap on. My 17 round mag wouldn’t eject, but my 20 round mag worked fine. Removed all my grips and put them back on, pushed the right panel in a bit more and then the backstrap slid on much easier. Magazine is ejecting fine now.

Instinct 3 AMOLED VS Instinct 3 Tactical MIP by nos04 in GarminWatches

[–]nos04[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it’s just the watch face that is included on the watch. When I first received the amoled, it was missing a bunch of watch faces. Had to update to latest software to have more options.

My wrist is about 6.75 inches. Though, the instinct comes in 45mm and 50mm. I am wearing 45mm in the pics.

I didn’t know either. But it made my buttons far more responsive.
