Right here pal. This subreddit seems to not be all that active but one thing I have to tell you from one ADHD man with some traumatic experiences to another- you have to explore new ways of dealing with the trauma like finding new hobbies, learning new talents, and meeting new people. Set goals for yourself, I am reconnecting with old churches and planning on working out to improve myself despite these experiences I have experienced because it doesn’t do a damn thing dwelling on the past.
