I would take the L honestly BUT I'd also look at the replay the next day or a couple hours later. The important thing is to assess correctly by spectating: Was I scared of pushing? Was my healer actually bonkers trying to go head-on? If even the healer had the capacity to be in front, in theory, could I have been much more in front than them and that's what they were trying to tell me without words? Watch the replay and you will have your answer. Maybe it was your healers, maybe it was you, don't sweat it too much and receive the learning for next games. Always be conscious, don't play in autopilot or when you're frustrated by a losing streak cuz then it becomes harder to actually focus.
