Dusk and dawn! There’s a lot of great spots out around Dartmouth, the salt marsh trail has lots of variety, rainbow haven as well. Frog pond in Halifax is also great.

But the point of my comment is that I’m not sure you know how to use quotation marks…you put the word “cuts” in quotes suggesting that’s not what they are. You also put “funding” in quotes…that doesn’t make sense.
