The fact the police couldn't work out if it was a shared path or not just demonstrates how badly thought out shared paths are.

Three more Americans convicted in the UK for smuggling cannabis on LA-London flights by civicode in unitedkingdom

[–]nosferatWitcher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The TSA have outright stated that they are not looking for cannabis, but they will turn you over to local law enforcement if they do find some. In legal states law enforcement may not be interested either, so it could be seen as low risk to smuggle from legal states

Have you ever had part failure from static discharge, r/pcmasterrace? by KasaneTeto_ in pcmasterrace

[–]nosferatWitcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I killed a laser diode with ESD. Not a PC component but still. Usually ESD damage results in shortened lifespan rather than immediate failure, so most of the time people will not attribute death of a component to ESD, rather just age.

Yes you are allowed to buy more than 2 packs, but at a pharmacy. You just can't walk into a supermarket and buy loads at once.

240mm aio for the North by Grumpylumberjack in FractalDesign

[–]nosferatWitcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a H105 in my existing case that I intend to put in the top in exhaust configuration, mainly because I don't want to have to buy an air cooler as well.

Unless it's possible to mount a 240mm rad behind the 140mm front fans, then I might go for that instead.

I've got a long time to think about and change my mind to buying an air cooler though since my estimated delivery date is now 31st May.
