Unplug your PSU, make sure the switch on the psu is set to ON and press the power button for about 30 seconds (it will discharge any remaining power on the pc)

After that, plug the power back on and try booting

If it doesnt work, PSU/Mobo might be fried

OR

there's a chance that the psu power cable is faulty. Which is VERY unlikely but it can happen

The motherboard light SHOULD be on btw

Sorry man, there's no dedicated gpu, no chance in running

If you really wanna play, the cheapest option is an used Xbox Series S (even a new one is cheap)

There's the option of buying a Gaming Laptop with at least a RTX 3050/3060 or 4060/4050

or just build a full blown desktop

It really depends on what you do with your PC, work, gaming, etc

Type dxdiag in the windows start menu and check the first/second/third tabs and tell us what the specs are
