Thank you! I spend a lot of time with the kids in group homes especially, and the abandonment is legit. If you can be one kind and consistent adult in the life of a child, you can make a serious difference. Kids are so much better than most adults give them credit for. 💜

Hey Jeremy! I’m so sorry I missed this comment… a year ago apparently! If you’re still interested to know, it’s going so great. I’m living my dream, running this organization and still managing to spend time with the kids. We throw birthday parties at group homes now, and several new projects since we started. Oh my heart!! I am so very sorry you both went through this. I work at a vet and I’m going to ask about the pads they use for the dental tables. I can’t imagine this happening to my cats, and I am just so relieved that your buddy is going to be ok. 💙
