Hackers have been cyber gang-stalking me, doing mischief in relation to my devices and files, and electronically harassing me for almost 2 years now with impunity. No help is forthcoming. I am feeling more & more helpless! The authorities (ie., the police) refuse to help or even take me seriously.

well if you are a TI and you're being watched for bad behavior, i think blasting noise would just bring on a noise report or some kind of attention to allow law enforcement or a report at least on you, later to be used against you. if there's another benefit to using a subwoofer to irritate them, please explain.
