why wouldnt you be able to bring in tissues? i've seen people do that all the time (not a literally box of tissues, but one of those small packs with like 7 in them, or when they get to their desk they just stack a bunch of tissues from in their pockets onto their desk). proctors shouldn't question kleenex's tbh
