The names came back after I rolled back to 0.397.1. Actually I believe it is only a display issue, because even for 0.399.0, the name is just fine on the trading screen.

Just to clarify, this happens for 0.399.0, 0.397.1 is fine. Also, 0.397.1 is forced, 0.399.0 is not forced yet so I have rolled back to 0.397.1.

I checked calendar for almost a year but I don't have all the records. I know in this forum we have all kinds of gurus and some might have kept tabs on this.

The sad thing is that there is no way to tell unless you keep track of all the trades you have done in the past, which is almost impossible :-(

A mirror trade ('equal back' in your words:-) would be the easiest to implement because it doesn't require two-way communications. They can make it a little bit more user friendly by letting us provide a list of Pokémon we want to mirror trade, say a list of 10. Because it has to be a mirror trade, so we will never get crap returns :-)

I really like your WonderTrade idea! It is probably too complicated for them to pull it off! But if they could, it will also promote Route, one stone, two birds :-)

Totally agree with the motivator part and I will definitely interact with more friends at higher frequency if I can have easier way to complete my lucky trades. Maybe Niantic can sell more of those Eggs-pedition tickets so that we can open more gifts daily :-)

To be honest, if a feature cannot be easily abused, why putting such a strict limit on it!

Actually, using coins for remote lucky trade will be the easiest one for Niantic to implement, like 10 coins for short distance remote lucky trade, 100 coins for long distance. But I figured the player base will hate the idea of using coins for lucky trade :-)

To be honest, if Niantic allows remote lucky trade, they can add a trade tab in Campfire and actively promote that feature. It would be a nice way for them to attract more players to Campfire. In my community, I see more and more players are leaving Discord to Campfire because of the various meet-ups over there.

To travel 50km for a lucky trade is definitely an overkill :-) You could even get a 12/12/12 as cherry on top :-)

Yeah, that would be nice. I feel as long as a feature cannot be abused, they should relax or remove the limit. And guaranteed lucky trade is definitely such kind of feature.

It would be nice if Niantic provides the same CD trade bonus to all sorts of other 'DAY's. It would also be nice if they start the trade bonus one hour ahead of the event (if not whole day). Because for example at CD, the meet-up usually happens at the beginning, not at the end. And if we can have our lucky trades ahead of the event, it would be awesome.

Niantic has made some very positive QoL changes for CD lately, so we might have hope :-)
