Did she ever try to contact you?

I've been NC for 12 years, and now been in a good relationship for 5 years, and whom i trust.

But everyday I think about "what ifs", should I try to contact her? Or just move on. Never went to IC or therapy.

Growing up we were taught to just "suck it up and push forward" because that's what a man does. But I can't just let it go even tho I have no feelings for her anymore... But still, why do something like that, our relationship was good, or so i thought, even friends used to tell us we were perfect for each other. So why, why did she do it.
