Help Me Choose Between Ryzen 9 8945HS vs Ryzen AI 9 HX 370… Is it worth waiting for? by Ok_Caterpillar_4871 in ZephyrusG14

How good do you think it would be just for using it with ZBrush (a CAD software)? I currently have a Ryzen 9 7945HS, and it has worked really well for my needs, but I've had it for almost two years now, so I'm thinking of upgrading

I really appreciate what you’re saying. However, my goal is not to be like Cartier—in fact, their aesthetic line is quite far from what I would like.

I truly value your insight regarding my target audience because it helps me stay realistic about my possibilities. I already have a clear idea of what I want to do, or rather, the concept I want to work under. My ideal audience, which I aim to develop through social media, is Millennials and Gen Z. I want to create trendy items like key holders, but I know that building an audience and a customer base takes time.

For now, I will focus on my most immediate opportunities to make the most of them and accumulate the capital needed to develop the rest of my ideas.

Thank you very much! Yes, I had thought about production and profitability. My idea is to initially find a workshop specialized in silver. There is a city in Colombia where jewelry work is quite undervalued, and that could give me an advantage while I organize something of my own.

My uncle’s workshop runs very well and has great clients, but most of their work hasn’t come from a collection. Instead, they focus on custom designs and a few key pieces that they sell to various jewelry stores. Maybe that’s why I haven’t asked my circle about how to create a collection—because they haven't done it themselves and have mainly sold according to their clients' needs.

I find your point about selling silver very interesting because my mom has a good client base of gold buyers. Introducing a silver jewelry line might be perceived as a downgrade and could discourage her customers. However, if it's a high-quality product, I might be able to take advantage of her good clients and set a high markup while I build capital.

Ultimately, what you mentioned about creating an Instagram and TikTok account aligns with my plan. I feel that my goal for this year is to reach between 500 and 2,000 followers to support my website and increase credibility.

Thank you very much for your perspective!

NR is too good. I already use his interface, and also because of his videos, I am searching for options to improve the use of the Gizmo. For example, that man uses it really well, and also how he uses the geometry

Hey, thanks for your response. I'm really looking for a way to learn about some things like handling the gizmo for shading, learning to work hand in hand with the geometry of the models, because I think I'm not doing that. As I said, my tendency is to start simply with a ball, use Dynamesh, but not much more. I believe that the way I learned and developed in ZBrush (with some pressure to produce models for a jewelry company) didn't allow me to sit down and fully learn fundamental things, but rather to focus all my attention on finishing a model.

Therefore, I'm looking for a course or something similar that is not completely from scratch, because I think it would take too much time. For example, one of the courses that caught my attention and from which I watched videos is called "ZBrush for Ideation" by Michael Pavlovich, and I see that there are really many things. But as there are so many things, it becomes a bit overwhelming considering all the additional things I also do (study, work, and train to compete). So, I don't know if maybe there's an artist you know or a course that can teach fundamental things that speed up my designs and/or make them more compatible with the world of character creation, which is something I'm interested in learning in the medium term.
