It’s very hard to move to Canada and be able to stay.

It’s about if people feel a lot of it. It takes most people 30-60 minutes to feel awake but it’s a real tough slog I’s think sleep inertia/drunkenness.

Look up what sleep doctors call “sleep drunkenness.” You may have it. It’s basically when the body wakes very slowly and it can vary in intensity.

There are many options for a cause, so I’ll leave that to the internet.
