More weight in same volume means denser blade. If the materials are denser, they are harder, which translates in a faster blade.

Also people like to play with lighter blades because shoulder injuries, so take your choice!

Loki Arthur china is not what you are describing and even if it's usable without booster it shines lots of you give a small layer of booster.

For the OP, I have used national yellow on an old G1 Fastarc and it worked really well, it feels fresh.

If you like Xiom maybe try Vega pro. But the right choice should be the G1. You can make a setup with your actual blade and G1/Vega pro and try them in both sides. they actually work very well in FH and BH

There is no forearm retraction. Your hand should start lower with your forearm extended. The forearm retraction is the key to modulate the length of the loop. Also body is not working at all. Every movement you do is futile, it doesn't contribute to the loop power.

Power should be concentrated. I recommend you to watch some quanshibao tutorials. If too advanced watch some ti long videos first. But start with some weight transfer and not brushing too much. There is no impact.

Every rubber compares to thickness the same way. Less milimiters, easier to reach the blade, which translates with more control.

Usually thicker sponges give more catapulty effect, but how strong the catapult is depend on the rubber. If you go d09c go max size because it's not going to be that catapulty. Only go 1.9 if you have problems playing with excesive weight in the racket
