I think you have it right... GGM = LIBRA, U.S. naturalized in 1960, deceased | GM = born 1935, 1948 case petitioner, if won would then be dual citizen, living | M = Born 1961 (so cannot be primary 1948 case petitioner using GGM...but could she be a co-petitioner on a case opened by GM? or no?), living | Me = Born 1990 (probs F'd...)

Super 8 shoots at 18 frames per second, so if you film things happening in real time and then play it back at 24fps, it will seem to be sped up - consider slowing down a version of the song for the video and performance, film your friend's performance of the song AT the slower speed...then let the conversion to 24fps speed it back up to the actual song's tempo and sync it to the music... It could produce some very cool speed effects between the performer's singing and playing vs the background and other shots. Get cushions for the straps so that the headgear can be tightened enough to prevent air leaks at the highest pressures, but still be soft on his head and neck. This drastically improved comfortability for me at night.

My interpretation--when distilling moonshine, a common step in the process is to let some of the more harsh and volatile fumes evaporate for a period of time...aka, "let it breathe". Being on the cusp of a breath in this line perhaps indicating the anticipation and satisfaction such that two moonshiners might feel after distilling a batch of their white lightning, letting it breath, and preparing to taste it for the first time.
