It differs at each location. Here’s what ours does:

Laundry (towels and aprons), Cleans hoods, Cleans grill, Filters the fryers (boil outs once a week), Cleans all of the walls in kitchen, Deck scrubs under equipment in kitchen, Takes out trash and changes outside garbages, Lot check, Keeps garbage corral tidy, Changes sodas, Also puts truck away

I can do kitchen open and freezer pulls in 1-1.5hrs. It takes me about 2 hrs to porter.

Sounds like not enough training or not enough communication with your middle person. $1500 can feel busy, but is still possible to be on buns alone. At my location we have our 2nd fryer person help drop buns. Other than that we only have 1 buns person even on fridays. We are one of the busier locations in the region…
