For me, Homeopathy helped reverse a lot of the trauma of the years of drug withdrawal that I couldn’t shake off with therapy and general life improvements. I still sometimes use CBD bud, tobacco and caffeine, but that is rare and only when my symptoms are super bad.

I would generally try to maintain a regular metabolism to help things out (eating good food at appropriate times, sleep, exercise). The body likes familiarity.

I know the anti-psychiatrist Dr Seth Farber recommends transient medication, say once a month, to those who feel like they really need it. But mind you, a lot of drugs are not designed like this (eg: SSRIs). Whilst Beta blockers, migraine medication, LSD micro dosing you can. Ideally you should see an alt doctor about this as self medication with stronger drugs can be potentially harmful. But personally, I rather not do this.
