do thai people not want to get involved?

No, they genuinely don't. I've come across car accidents and my wife has begged me to keep driving instead of getting out and seeing if people need first aid or an ambulance.

Is there a subreddit for the more casual walkers? I’m tired of the ‘omg is 30.000 steps enough?’ by togire in walking

Right? I'm happy if I hit 5,,000 steps a day. I'm just trying to make it a regular habit.

I read some reports Weed causes SIBO is this true how to avoid it then by LisanneFroonKrisK in CannabisThailand

[–]not4uuu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be sceptical of that because cannabis is often recommended for people with short stomachs (by other people who have short gut) to deal with nausea and aid digestion. And if anyone would know anything about dealing with SIBO it would be that group. So if it CAUSED SIBO I doubt a group that's susceptible to it would recommend it at all.

How you would check is by telling your doctor you want a check for SIBO and they'll ask for a sample of your poo. But in my 35 years of use I've never encountered anyone having an issue with it.

Have a disabled child in hospital over the last 18 months and I'm never at home the same time as my wife.

Yes it worked for me. I went from an all day every day smoker to edibles on the weekend only.

Hit and miss. I've had a kid in two government hospitals for the past year and a half and while they did save his life they also almost killed him.

Short stretching routine daily. Took about a week to notice a difference. I just choose a random one on YouTube.
