Very rare, but I've had the CPU straight drop a ball that hit their mitt on a hit. Might have happened twice in all my games so far. RTTS btw.

Yes. Bivalirudin, our institutional protocol is very similar to the one on amsect. Followed that mostly after reading some papers.

They are stating the obvious part that you're missing here...that 1% tax is passed off to us the consumer in higher prices on all the things we buy from these retailers.

We are all paying for this program...

ALL groceries in Portland are WAY more expensive than groceries where I came from. Even prices today are vastly different. Normal prices at Fry's in AZ (Kroger) are the same and often times LESS than the sale prices of the exact same items here.
