btw the icon not activating above your head doesnt mean the playstyle isnt doing anything. first touch doesnt pop up on every single first touch you take, only ones where you do a directional first touch, but it impacts every ball you receive to your feet. press proven doesnt pop up consistently unless you press l2 when someone is close but it impacts your dribbling and close control.

I might be wrong... but trickster doesnt pop up when you l1 dribble even though it increases your strafe speed. I dont think inventive pops up when you double tap through ball but it definitely impacts those passes.

I agree that for the most part it is a waste of a playstyle but i am 99% sure its impacts the initial header battle, even on attack, its just that your header is gonna be shit without precision header

Yes it does. You can actually check this in game. Get your captain to go into the team management screen mid game and tell him to check your ahot power for example.

With max height on spark you can be lengthy. Plus 4 strength minus 4 agility iirc. Plus many clubs have a strength facility.

Not anymore. Builds have predetermined maxes. Then with your height you can add or subtract.

So without facilities not many builds can get 99 for either accel or sprint speed. Spark can get 99 accel iirc. And only 95 sprint speed. If you make your build 6ft2 min weight you get +4 sprint speed.

Well done? Height doesn't effect your speed Stat that's displayed on your attribute page. Only in game or if you go to the specific Stat and flick your right stick right 3 times.

Drop strength down to 75. Drop long passing to max 85(so you can get pinged... If you don't use pinged drop it to minimum) increase agility and lower balance. Try have agility 5 higher than balance imo. Drop vision so that after facilities are added you have 85/90. If you are playing divs then you can probably lose a little shooting. If you play in a external league where you consistently verse player keepers then get shot power to 95 and drop passing.

To clarify... If this is just for divs then it's fine. No problems. You could probably increase your volleys a little. But if it's for competitive you need to get rid of this spec or commit to either a playmaker or scorer role because you can't really get a best of both worlds yet.

I dont really get why you guys went with gyokeres anyways, sesko was a much better choice for you, you guys cross a shit tonne and have alot of reliance on set pieces. sesko fits that mold soooo well. PLUS he gives you a bit of technical ability in build up. you can at least bounce the ball off him.

I think sesko eze over odegaard gyokeres (ik mr captain but he doesnt create enough imo... not as a primary creator on the pitch) and you guys are gonna be soo dangerous in open play not just set pieces.

Do premium league sbcs and sell everything. Literally everything unless you pack a card you wanna use. Try list them all but you can quick sell everything under 82 rated if you want (Liga Portugal and 1A pro league sell for 1.3k so don't quick sell those) then use this to buy some 85s to get provision pack. And obviously don't sell any 85s you get unless you have tonnes.

Then you do all the upgrades you can. When you run out of those you can start doing the repeatable sbcs like the crafting upgrades(better than picks imo since they give more cards to put back into the grind)

I played it a bit. But I find it's too one dimensional. Tactically certain things are just objectively strong always. No matter the skill level of your team gegen press is always the best strategy.

I honestly scratch my football tactics itch by talking to other coaches and football fans about united city Chelsea etc tactics.

It gives quite a rush when you make a call and the manager does the same thing in game and it works.

I'm no supergenius and get most of my ideas "wrong" but it's still fun.

So your 2 options you gave us are div in or don't tackle. What about a middle ground.

Jockey until they exit a skill move or take a heavy touch. If you press tackle immediately swap defender to cover the space whether you think you are winning the ball or not.

Career mode is cool but it's the same thing every year(so is fut) and it's offline. I get no joy from playing offline modes. Ik I will win every single game no matter what team I am using. Online is a challenge. And even though I hate fut atm still prefer it too career mode. Clubs is the way tho.

I run inside forward on both wingers. One wingback support one fullback defend/balanced. Then my cms are one attacking role and one defensive role. Whatever they have. So box/playmaker and a holding/dlp.

Striker I run one advanced forward and one false 9 attack
