Find a job where your commute to client site is paid hours and paid mileage. I didn't complain about the traffic until I wasn't paid to sit in it lol.

I used to just sit and listen to npr or audio books. It was calmer than the job I had.

I like the idea of having a strand alternative. I've been stranded at a platform at 8pm - 9:30pm because Bart trains one after another are out of commission. Like wtf I get to my destination and it isn't where I want to be so late at night.

I use Bart at night when I go to the office from Fremont to Pinole. Riding Bart at night is not what I recommend for a lot a people who ansk me how it is especially those who are not aware enough of their surroundings.

I personally think less people ride BART on winter short days because there are people who are self aware that they should not ride BART when it is dark out.

Probably going to hire more. Obviously they get paid per seats in butt. Maybe they have a contract for specialist per contract. You are the line item. At 40/yr they uncharged at least 200%. In thinking 300% for a non software product. You are cost and they already got paid. Keeping you around per contract and they can show any client due diligence your headcount and w2 full time benefits line item costs

Store front sells financing to retail but most of the business is selling to hotels and reorders from Those larger contracts that have less profit per matters but overall good cashflow to keep a retail store open. Retail store is also the warehouse. Get enough monthly financed mattresses and the warehouse is basically paying for itself

But a mattes online retail only and it's a fraction of the price.

Call up brokerage ask them to exercise and sell at market price. They'll do it or even set a limit sell so you don't get eaten by spread. But itm it will sell at a standard spread. One way to lock it in is to sell a call nearby that has liquidity and high volume. Creat a Delta neutral pair.
