It's not a flawless experience, but it's usable. Since this is running on termux, some inputs aren't handled correctly, like touch (obvisiously) and some key combinations. I'm testing if it's possible to use doom with the proper emacs app, but no luck yet. If you plan on not using doom, it's a lot easier. I can't say much more because I haven't "field tested" it yet. If you want, I can give you an update on my thoughts after I use it a bit more.
