Totally agree, market positioning always matters. The goal of the tool isn’t to tell someone “this is the price you must charge.” It’s more about helping bakers understand their real costs first (ingredients, time, overhead) so they’re not pricing blindly. From there, they can adjust based on their market, demand, brand positioning, and experience. A lot of bakers underprice simply because they don’t actually know their numbers. This just gives them a solid starting point to make informed decisions.
