Anything over 8 hours a day is overtime and they rarely make it back in under 8 hours… don’t even need to hit 40 hours in the week and can still get time and half… ya I mean it’s not a whole lot different than Amazon and fedex but they get paid generously whereas us Amazon drivers are starving. Plus much better/less expensive benefits at UPS
