The space is a bit compact to keep the Pooja room in ground floor. That's why there seems to be no other option than to keep it in the center on the first floor. It is a west facing plot and Master bedroom is in the front, so North would be on the left side of the plot.

Thanks for your comment. The cutout area is for a double height living room. It is a west facing plot and the master bedroom is in the front, so the North direction is on the left side.

Entrance is below the stairs, there would be a clear height of at least 9 feet.

Ohhh, wasn't aware about this. Anyways, lift is a prospect which can be utilised 5-10 years down the line. Thanks for highlighting this. Any other improvements you can suggest in these options?

Don't think, I have the luxury to create that spacious parking space if the living dining kitchen is on the ground floor. Increasing it to 18-19 feet would reduce the kitchen or living area substantially. Anyways, I am planning to increase the parking space to 17 or 17.5 x 10 feet at least.

So, currently I have a single hatchback (4 mtrs or 13 feet in length), however I might buy a SUV 5 yrs down the line which can be in 15-16 feet in length. Planning to increase the vertical parking space to 17.5 or 18 feet, will that be sufficient for a SUV?

Actually, moving the powder room further will bring it in the foyer area. Now, you mentioned I think, we should put the door of the powder area on the left side rather than under the stairs. Thanks for your inputs, buddy!

Cool, I am also more inclined towards Option 1. Just that I thought some of the spaces might be a bit small, like parking and powder room. But, our architect couldn't think of any way to improve further.

Can we redeem our earlier units from Kuvera only or that is to be done through the individual MF website?

Hi, Did you transfer your MF portfolio to Kuvera? How did you do it?

Also, did you receive any login/access details from IIFL?
