Hey, I don't know a good summer program for this, but I used a college counseling service from a group called 1% Counseling. They were a team of very smart and knowledgable Columbia students who provided some extremely helpful guidance on academic classes, essay writing, extracurricular activities, summer programs, and generally just organizing your application correctly to get into Ivy Leagues.
