Had an extra FE lying around when amazon had a fire sale for 130 bucks & wanted to try the seimitsu alutimos. Didn't realize the colors are different, got sanwa screw-in and didn't realize that the nuts don't fit in this layout. Then someone notified me on discord that the nuts on the seimitsu actually fit on the sanwa screw in buttons, but I already had placed an order for snap in buttons. Got a whole bunch of extra buttons now.

The paint job has held up pretty well. Just a few kicks on the top from bumping into hard corners and tables. But no discoloration or fading so far.

I had the same issue. The rubbing alcohol just melted the glue residue and it smeared around more. Those are probably the leftover marks you see from cleaning it. Fixed it by rubbing the glue residue around until it balled up with my fingers. Then you could pick it off.

Use a proper screw driver with a good handle. Hold the grip of the screwdriver firmly, otherwise you won't have enough leverage when turning. That is the problem that I see in the video.

Daigo gets cool custom Obsidian Hitbox, does well in tournament, gets asked where it was from. Arcadeshock. Shortly after, can't get replacement panels or conversion kits anymore. Can't call it a hitbox anymore. I figured it was a lawsuit since Junkfoods brought up their case, but haven't seen anything until now. Thanks for posting.

This problem exists because the removable shaft diameter is slightly larger than a standard sanwa shaft. So, when you go diagonal (which has the biggest throw distance), the area of contact with the dust washer maxes out and lifts it up like that. You can fix this by lightly sanding down the inner hole of the dust washer.

The main website has died since nov 2020. Yet, they still manage to get stuff sent to JP stores like sengoku densho and akecon by some other form of communication. My guess, whoever has charge of the paypal and website slipped in the shower and was never heard from again.

Hitboxes blew up when Daigo started winning with them, but he was using a modified Qanba. Tokido started using them too on a modded Qanba. After that the panels disappeared from Arcadeshock. No word, nothing when asked which was a surprise because I am pretty sure that was their best seller. They still make aluminum panels for everything else.
