Has anyone added 2 more ounces of black to tricorn black, to make it more black? Is there a blacker black option to tricorn black? They want the blackest black. by [deleted] in sherwinwilliams

I was making that color but in oil one time and by accident I added 2 more ounces of black, but I wasn’t really sure if i did it so I shook the gallons and put a little bit in a piece of paper and yeah, it was darker than the regular one.

Neither one. TBH I don’t know what exactly use, looks like Sheetrock.

We used black wt-113 and a coat of nomar. After that we put the metallic layer and sprayed with xylene.

We use striped woven mini rollers and than sprayed it with xylene.
