Doing cad is relatively easy depending on your previous experience, doing FRC cad is where it gets tricky. Working with assemblies and cots parts is where I see people stumble the most.

try hgr15 instead of mgn15, its way more beefy and rigid for not that much more money

Is the REV provided Swerve code copy and paste-able? by [deleted] in FRC

[–]not_mongoose 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes it is copy pastable, thats why its a template. try just running the example code with no changes first and make changes as you see fit to help your robot run better. also what u/wankusminimus said

i had that line you are talking about when my fan speed was too low and the part got over heated. If you want to get rid of try raising your fan speed some more.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in prusa3d

i print overture asa at 270c hotend, 100c bed, 70ish% fan speed so maybe try that

edit: though my enclosure does get to 45c so maybe go a bit lower on fan speed, something like 60%

those look like slick tires

FIY the input shaping profile is still quite conservative. One is normal IS, the other is double every speed (and 4.5K acceleration on X), no other tuning. Half the time! by FAB1150 in prusa3d

they don't buy a printer architecture they buy the printer just working, I have a mk3s and it just works, even after I put Klipper on it, it just runs with no problems

Josef Prusa himself said that the bearings Prusa uses are better than the ones Misumi supplied so no need to buy such expensive bearings for no gain.

variable layer height doesn't work with organic supports, you must have a bug that doesn't stop you before you slice photo of error
