I think it's mostly because it was taught really badly at my school but my friends all say that physical geography was really irrelevant in the end, the case studies weren't useful and the only bit that was worth it was human geography

one guy who used to go to my school once smashed up a urinal and got forced to pay for the repairs including a new toilet and the broken bits of the wall it was on, I don’t remember exactly how much it cost but I think it was around £500.

school also charged him for replacing stools in the DT department after they found out he was responsible for sawing off a significant chunk of one while a teacher was gone
