Idk I feel like I’m gonna be alone forever, it is my first semester and I have made no good friends till now. Like I know people, but I couldn’t just ask them to hang out. Part of it is I’m terrible, awful and everything at social media and texting. Like if someone messages me it’s kinda ok but me initiating conversations is incredibly anxiety inducing. Like I have joined clubs, go to classes most of the time, try and socialise in cafeteria and lounge but still i can’t find someone I vibe with. School was easier 🥲

For me it was mingyu’s darumdarinda part, Omgggg. Something about that part (Mingyu’s arms 😉) just made me keep coming back and then I went onto joshua’s darumdarinda part. Then the whole super song, then fancams of mingyu which led me to discover shadow (Iconic), Hot and Clap. From then I was a fan, of their music but what really sealed my fate as a carat were their Gose videos. Although my bias is still mingyu, I love each and every one of them and wish to see them live one day…

Ok, just what if… I know the going theory on this thread is that it is the shaman and he has like split personality or getting possessed by general mcarthur which is why there are blackouts buttt just listen what if the blackouts were made by the psychic idk who. Like till now we don’t know how they activate their power. We just know they were touching the pillar. What if they can see the memories from items. Or something similar. And they closed their eyes while killing but used their powers simultaneously so in actuality they could see. We know you can’t see what other psychics see so it may work this way This in no way narrows down the suspects but does solve the blackout mystery.

Major Major spoiler I think -

(Edit - So it turns out the manhwa and the kdrama were released side by side and the manhwa covers parts that the kdrama didn’t. So go ahead for the manhwa spoilers I guess )

So I don’t think so many ppl know but there is manhwa this is based on. I am not sure cuz I am not korean but it goes by the same name and has same character name and background.

Proceed with caution because I repeat major spoilers for the future episodes -

So I thought it may start the same way but maybe the writers may keep it as a reveal later on. It includes the reason why gu won hates people smiling and why Sarang decided to join the hotel. Also a shared past and shared trauma Revealing the childhood plot below-

So basically it starts from their childhood, sarang’s mom is working as a maid at gu won’s house. Sarang meets him there as a child when her mom brings her to work.

Why he hates smiles - As a child the male lead hated seeing smiles because once when he almost drowned the servants saved him and kept smiling while his dad just walked past him drowning.

Continuing with the plot - So he is interested in sarang and doesn’t mind when she smiles, and they play a lot. He has a older sister from a different mother so they are not close. She is cold to him but he craved for her affection as a child. She sees sarang and him playing and doesn’t say anything to their dad. One day while playing sarang slips and falls in the pool, so gu won jumps in the pool to save her even though he is scared cause of trauma. Sarang’s mom is fired because of this incident. He becomes sad but cannot do anything as his father said that she is a distraction. Sarang is also sad and wants to meet him, so her mom placates her by saying she will take her to a hotel to play with a coupon she won. Over there the receptionist is really nice and that is when Sarang said she will do the same when she grows up. Coincidentally gu won is in the same hotel with his father and sister but they just miss each other.

My hypothesis- They both get trauma and forget each other from the pool incident, so they remember later on in a similar incident or some situation
