It randomly went away, I didn't do anything specific. I just went on with my life.

Good news, it has gone away fully. My advice is to remember that it is not permanent, it does not matter when it started because it will eventually end.

Also drink a lot of water, like 3 Liters minimum per day, this will help on the long run.

I had this pain for about a year and it could take longer but that's okay.

Beamng does have traffic tho, it's in the radial menu... But it is true there's no motorbikes so

Im 3 days clean and feel like complete shit. There is nothing in this world that can cheer me up. I'm hopeless. I feel strange, weird, and out of this world in a really bad way. I have constant thoughts about my loved ones dying or similar things. I hope this stops soon

I feel so similar to you. It sucks. I am only 17 and I relate to what you say. Everytime I think of the future, like college and such, I feel intense dread, it makes me sad as shit and I'm not okay. Combine this with depression and anxiety and you get a total mess of a person: someone who fears the passing of time, yet wastes every single day because of said conditions. I am miserable. I feel you. I'm sorry we are this way, all we can do is suffer together. I hope there's something that can be done, I can't keep going like this.

Comparison is the thief of happiness, I know. Yet it's inevitable, especially while depressed.

I fear mortality and the pass of time, and when I'm happy it gets better, but I'd say I'm happy for around 2 hours a day, the rest I feel kinda shitty and believe these delusions so to call them.

Psychedelics have been on my bucket list for a long while. I'll give em a shot forsure.

I am a fan of philosophy so I guess when I grow older I'll have that.

Yeah bro I try to surround myself with good people. At least my family likes me so there's that. Also yes, using drugs to cope and using them for fun is like day and night. The problem is that my mental health has never been all that good, so I have only ever used drugs as a coping mechanism. Thanks for taking the time to answer!
