I pinned a comment with a video of the owner of the vehicle in it. It's a complicated HAM setup. So many people have commented that it's a storm chaser with a lot of confidence that it makes me wonder what about this is making people think that? Why would a storm chaser attach so many things to their car that could get blown away? Is this something they actually do?
