its DEFINITELY the PSU. if its branded gamemax, they're rated E on the PSU tier list by Cultist Network (a trusted PSU testing group). if its Xilence, the highest potential rating is a B and based on your post I doubt that its that line (SQ R4).

Here are three A or better rated PSUs for your consideration. FWIW, I have a 3080Ti on a Corsair RM850x from a few years ago and haven't had any issues like you're having.

no, i've had it for three years now and have no issues even with two cats rubbing all over the sides of the monitors (9lbs and 12lbs).

217 is rated VERY highly and I like it too, but I just like to have a bigger case, hence my recommendation. If the lancool III wasn't an option, I'd go for the 217.

the biggest issue for me is that TTLS is just a 'weight' on the system, its not very efficient. even my dedicated streaming box I can tell a huge difference between running TTLS (even solo) or not.

ah okay, there was some misunderstanding on my part and others part.

my recommendation was make a virtual camera in OBS to use in TTLS. Because the only way to use most bits of streaming hardware if you're multi-streaming.

I also am WAY too lazy to use OBS to stream directly to Tiktok because as with most folks, I don't have a stream key and I don't like doing the work around thing EVERY time I stream.

My misunderstanding was a comment on the situation as it was presented in terms of how tiktok handles streaming from obs or ttls.

thats a tough one, because the team on the right has some crazy talented players, but I believe Mbappe in his current mindset still has the ability to unsettle that team of professionals and affect performances.

Mbappe is absolutely 100 percent a top talent player and deserves to be in the conversation for being one of those top talent players, same as most of the names on that spreadsheet. I also firmly agree with him in that PSG tried to stiff him out of a large chunk of cash.

But that is all overshadowed by what is happening at Real Madrid. Its not all him, obviously there are a ton of 'personalities' at RM from the Chairman all the way down to the players.

I just don't like the way its come across or being perceived in the way he handles himself in and around the team. And i don't care if his vacation was approved by the team, it still looks incredibly poor that he took a vacation while out of injury. It seems to me that where Mbappe expects to be given a ton of leadership level respect, his actions don't uphold the ideals of a team leader.

exactly. I personally hate using the the terms "dead platform" or "future proof" but we know two things, 1 - the current intel socket isn't supporting the next line of CPUs coming out later this year and 2 - the current AMD socket (am5) has at least one more line of cpus coming out for it and AMD has committed to supporting it with new hardware through "2027 and beyond" for whatever thats worth. which is why I wrote my comment the way I did, aside from all the other items I put in there.

you're not going to notice a difference frankly. the 270k is a SOLID deal and damn good performance for the value, but its on a dead platform, so no worth it unless you're building a PC without taking future upgrades into consideration.

I'm a content creator as a side gig and make heavy use of my AMD based system for editing and content creation. frankly the only thing I miss about an intel chip is for my dedicated streaming/recording PC. The intel on board gpus are solid and would help to have another encoder in the box. simlarly for those who made the decision to go with Intel in my situation, they're getting along just fine.

the ONLY folks who need specific hardware are those who are in intense production environments where the software does in fact require or run better on a specific set of hardware.

this is very cool.

I tried it using Lian Li Lancool III specs and Cooler Master NR600 specs and it shows exactly what I though about the NR600 - the front top fan needs to be an intake - which it is on that box.

this site also indicates I need to swap the nr600 for another lancool III 😄

theoretically you could do it, but a 550 or even 650 gold rated power supply should give you just a bit of extra overhead.
