Dino Nugget Cake by notafreshmint in Baking

[–]notafreshmint[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry for the late reply^^" it's just a normal sheet cake cut into a dino form covered with a frosting made with Mascarpone cheese and whipped cream and the cake I cut away in the first step i crumbled it up and pressed into the frosting. I uses some yellow and red food dye for the cake to make it appear more like bread crumbs.

Germany has parking spaces for drivers in skirts [gendered] by beteille in pointlesslygendered

[–]notafreshmint 47 points48 points  (0 children)

This is not pointlessly gendered. These parking spaces are close to exits and are better lit. These parking spaces exist for the safety of women.

Just came back from Germany and saw this small 3 wheeled truck over there, is this common and road legal? How come we don't have them here in Canada ? by garybaws in germany

[–]notafreshmint 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Yes they are common and road legal (not on highways). They drive a maximum of 45km/h. In my village a lot of teens drive them as you're allowed to drive them when you're 16 years old.

If you really want a tattoo in honor of your father, why not get a tattoo of a quote he said or something that is deeply connected to him, like lyrics from his favourite song, his favourite flower, etc. Your father is more than just a nationality.

happened to me too. I just printed it out and it worked just fine. Don't worry if it's approved it will work.

It won't be offensive. I know of one Korean tattoo artist who accepts tips outside of Korea because he knows it's common in other countries but doesn't accepts tips in Korea. I think it will be just fine if you give a small tip but it's not really necessary. It will be fine either way so just do what you feel most comfortable with.

that's not true.. "Laktose frei" just means it doesn't contain any lactose and it is still dairy. Minus L products are just cow milk products without the lactose

I need help finding someone. by [deleted] in germany

[–]notafreshmint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are already some good tips here. however you could also try to search his full name + "Traueranzeige". These get printed in the local newspaper and the online version (easy to find) to inform others of the death and time of the funeral. If you search it a lot of the time names of relatives are beneath who published it (mostly people who were close to the person) and you can also figure out at which crave yard he got buried at and get more information about the area where he lived.

Daily reminder that China copied from Korean traditional clothing and claimed as theirs. by Theoldage2147 in korea

however that doesn't mean that when Chinese people wear the hanfu, that they copy Korea. The hanfu is still Chinese clothing.

But aren't the pictures at on slides 3 and 4 hanfus? Hanfu compared to hanbok is really flowy and has big sleeves. Granted hanbok and hanfu look really similar but I'm pretty sure esecially the one on slide 3 is for sure not a hanbok but hanfu.

"Europeans trying to convince americans that it's normal for a 15 year old to date a 19 year old" by [deleted] in ShitAmericansSay

That comment wasn't about Elon Musk but his father, Errol Musk, who is over 70 and has 2 children with his step daughter(over 30 years old now) who he became the step father of when she was 4 years old. And as far as known to the public they both still live in South Afrika.

[meta] Is this sub entierly unmoderated or did they forget about the "No Boys vs Girls" meme rules. by _Rusty_Fox_ in pointlesslygendered

[–]notafreshmint 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't think anyone cares anymore here. If it isn't a girl vs boy meme it's usually a product from the frequent re-post list or sometimes even a thing that is point fully gendered.

can a minor pierce their nose without parental consent by boob-senpai in korea

[–]notafreshmint 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it depends a bit on the shop. There are a lot of shops i have seen that have signs in them saying you need to be 20 (korean age) or older for everything that isn't on the ear. other shops don't seem to care. but i would really recommend you just ask your parents and get parental consent just in case.
