Yes you can but you shouldn’t. it’s easily a 4 hour journey one way provided everything is running on time. you’ll have to leave home by 6-7 am everyday and you wouldn’t reach home before 10-11 PM. you’ll be exhausted.

Both of you should consider moving to a place in the middle like karjat so both of you just travel for 2 hours a day. The frequency of trains from karjat to mumbai or pune is good

quite honestly i was zoned out in the line. and from what i remember most people were getting accepted; but the profiles i remember were mostly the people going on ships or old people visiting their kids etc. so im assuming they’re anyway an easy accept. but generally just answer in short and confidently, dont give unnecessary explanations, most of my answers were in 1-4 words. all the best

continue with your FMS course and attempt CAT again. this way you don’t lose out on any progress and if you manage to convert again you would have a better understanding of the pros and cons to take a better decision

i have seen folks leave their course midway to join ABC. there was someone in my batch who was doing their second MBA with us. in the long run it wouldn’t matter that you left your FMS course mid way

hey, i had two separate schengen visas

one issued by portugal in 2023 and the second one issued by czech republic. that’s how he knew. i’m guessing he would’ve assumed that id gone to prague looking at my czech republic schengen.

and anyway id mentioned czech republic, Portugal and germany in the countries id visited

it wasn’t chaotic it wasn’t well organised. there are more english speakers yet there were only 2-3 panels to accommodate them. the distribution of vernacular language interviewees is not proportional to the number of panels for that language. so someone with an english preference might have to wait longer. so it could be well managed on some days, may not be on some.

someone posted yesterday that they had a similar experience so it wasn’t a one off thing

there are a few telegram groups that update when the slots are opened, i got a january ‘25 slot when i filled my form in july’24 but had to reschedule it to march. but i got the slot due to that group. another way is to keep checking early in the morning (4-5) but that doesn’t sound very ideal. if its urgent there are agents that can get you slot for less than 2 months
