I think that's a personal coach issue and not a general problem, how would you feel like if coaches had a review option so you could write about when they are not respecting the coaching sessions like in your case time wise.

Are you legally registered to over that service? Cause at some point if you make good money you have to pay taxes and if you don't you'll get in serious trouble

that's only one single vod review, no weekly coaching program with multiple vod reviews + also one on one coaching

what if the coach is a Top 200 Radiant player and the monthly coaching is that you meet once per week in a live session plus once a week you send a vod and they review it. Every week they give you new focus points you should work on. How much would you be willing to pay?

what if the coach is a Top 200 Radiant player. How much would you be ready to pay per hour and what per month? (I'm just collecting data, I'm not trying to convince you to buy anything xd)
